Bless his soul, I barely answered the phone or called back due to a crazy schedule, but he never got frustrated and always made sure we were taken care of. Despite credit hurdles, Chris worked with my partner and myself to get us the best rate. After the purchase, Groove sent us all of the documents we needed to register our car in California. They took care of everything: a check for the taxes, the application filled out, and all necessary documentation. It was a breeze. The whole process was wonderful. Further, I am particular and probed Chris about every minutiae regarding the lease and he was always helpful and never annoyed. I highly recommend Groove, Chris, and the finance rep who assisted us!!! More
