The sale went smoothly. I feel like their after sale team lost an opportunity to keep us coming back especially in regards to their Toyota service dept. After inquiring ab I feel like their after sale team lost an opportunity to keep us coming back especially in regards to their Toyota service dept. After inquiring about providing the 60k service for our newly purchased.2021 Land Cruiser, Todd, the user car manager finally got back to me and said that they couldn’t make money by servicing the used cars they sell. Clearly, Groove made plenty of money on the sale and the trade. A compromise would have made us likely return service customers. A lost opportunity. More
