2019 Ascent My wife and I were in the market for a three row SUV. Due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews the Ascent has received, we decided we wanted to incl My wife and I were in the market for a three row SUV. Due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews the Ascent has received, we decided we wanted to include it in our evaluation of options. We initially met with Chris, who helped answer all of our questions and provided a wonderful test drive. Despite the Ascent being a brand new model, Chris was full of insight into how it functioned, options available, and comparison information versus competition. We test drove a few competitors, and determined the Ascent would be our next vehicle. We met again with Chris to find a model that met our needs, and determined we would need to special order one that was scheduled to be delivered to a different dealership. Chris arranged for the transfer, and handed the sale off to Jeremy as the delivery was going to take place while Chris was out on vacation. The transfer was seamless to us as the buyer, and can't thank Chris enough for that. Jeremy was just as knowledgeable as Chris, and provided excellent service once the vehicle arrived. He followed up with us after the sale, and was just as pleasant after the fact. This was our first Subaru purchase, and likely won't be the last due to the excellent vehicle and customer service! A wonderful vehicle-buying experience with Micah I was in the market for a new vehicle so started out by purchasing a month of on-line Consumer Reports to help with my homework. Subaru Forester lande I was in the market for a new vehicle so started out by purchasing a month of on-line Consumer Reports to help with my homework. Subaru Forester landed all the high grades for reliability, space (small SUV), practical luxury, price range and performance (not a Ferrari but 4-cylinder speed there when you need it). Started inquiring via internet about the Forester; Groove's Micah was one of the many who responded. I was gonna go with a 2017 to shave off some green but Micah was able to whittle down the cost of an early 2018 Premium to actually rival the used price. Groove gave me a fair trade-in price and BOOM! two days later, I'm the proud owner of a 2018 Forester Premium. The intersection of Groove's allowances and Micah's gentle, deep-listening and respectful demeanor made the entire experience a pleasant and fun adventure. Micah's follow-up was/is exceptional and makes him a shining asset to Groove's sales team. Thank you Micah! More
