Groove had a good amount of inventory to select from. Prices were posted on all cars. Rolly did a nice job communicating about incoming inventory so we could choose the model and color we wanted. Rolly gave us the option of putting down a deposit to secure the car we wanted and Groove followed through with getting us the one we wanted. Rolly was also great about communicating with us via phone or email about the status of our car delivery. He was very helpful and never pushy. Alan, the sales manager, gave us lots of options to keep our purchase rolling and was patient while we considered our finances which made it a positive buying experience. More
