I thought I bought a car with a turbo engine, and no one corrected the service man when I was told to put premium gas in my non-turbo engine. When I asked for a list of details pertaining to the car I bought considering I was misinformed about the engine type I received radio silence. A light on my dashboard came on the first time I independently drove my car. I felt rushed and overwhelmed throughout the whole process. To this day I'm pretty sure I bought insurance I did not actually need. I felt quite disrespected with the financing offer I was initially given and very uncomfortable when the salesman questioned my honesty and integrity when I told him of my friend's experience at your dealership (0% interest for 72 months). Unfortunately for me I do not have more free time and was not at liberty to shop around at different dealerships so I will have to live with my decision and experience. More
