Car buying/trading can be a stressful experience, but it wasn't at Groove - no haggling. Before we drove off the lot, Jason connected our two phones and explained all the new safety features of the car. We were pleased to be invited back for a follow-up orientation to our new car in greater detail. That is the kind of customer service Groove provides. Would highly recommend! More

Regret giving them my business. I purchased a car here because they had the exact used vehicle I was looking for. Everything people hate about car dealerships I experienced. Lack of professionalism, lack of communication between the employees and lack of customer education and customer service. Jameson in particular used some sales technique to create a false sense of intamacy (sleazy) but this did not make up for his lack of professionalism. I would have liked to know exactly how the certified warrenty works? Who do I contact for roadside assistance? Since I did in-house financing does that company contact me to set up payments? They also gave me a vehicle that was missing floor mats and a plastic covering piece from next to the gear shift. I spent 20k on a "certified" vehicle they couldn't make sure it had all the parts? When I contacted Jameson he told me contact the parts department. He should have simply fixed this himself. They were happy to take my comission and then drop any accountability for pieces missing from the car. I contacted the Sales Manager Chris Chapman to remedy these issues and get some clarification on the warrenty, road side assistance, ect. and have not heard back from him. This is the type of customer service that makes car buying such a horrible experience for the customer. Wish I had brought my business elsewhere. More
