We started with the Ascent [coming from a Highlander] but ended up with the 2019 Subaru Forester. We had some issues with our new 2019 Forester when we went to pick it up, actually a completely minor issue. However Michelle [Mgr], Chris [Mgr] and Hoang [Sls] were very accommodating and understanding and treated it like it wasn't just a minor issue. They went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase, which we totally were & provided us with a loaner since we had already signed the contract and handed them our trade in. We have had our new Subaru for exactly one week and are over the moon with it! The team is professional, knowledgeable and patient. I would for surely recommend this dealership. More
