So I hit up Groove Subaru and someone from their team got a hold of me to arrange a test drive. Couldn't have been more pleased with the vehicle, as well as the customer service I recieved. A month later (today), I drove off the proud owner of a Subaru and one of their associate's showed me all the bells and whistles on my new car. Best advice: If you are wanting a Subi, give these guys a shot. More

Easy, No Pressure Buying Experience I absolutely LOVE my new Subaru Ascent and my new Subaru dealership!! From my first call to shaking hands after the sale, Dan Cassin was nothing short I absolutely LOVE my new Subaru Ascent and my new Subaru dealership!! From my first call to shaking hands after the sale, Dan Cassin was nothing short of amazing! My husband and I were planning on buying an SUV in January 2019, and we weren’t entirely sure we would go with another Subaru after what we went through with our Subaru dealership in Plano, Texas. After meeting Dan, we didn’t even bother looking at the other SUVs on our list. His laid-back demeanor and outstanding customer service are simply unmatched. He really took his time to walk us through the buying process, (this was our first NEW car purchase) and explained everything to a T. I messaged Dan almost everyday for updates on when our car would arrive, which I’m sure was annoying, and his responses were always prompt and friendly! As soon as our SUV arrived, Dan messaged us and had it ready to go in record time, I’m sure. Before the sale went through, Dan explained all the new technology to us in great detail. We were then introduced to Joe Schlitter for the financing of our SUV. Joe was upfront and honest with us, and made the buying part of this adventure way too easy. He even introduced us to our new favorite pizza spot! When a Chicagoan tells you where the best pizza in town is ...you listen to them. After the sale, Dan walked me to my new SUV (after he had clocked out for the night, I’m sure because he headed to his car warming up behind mine afterwards) and went through all the gadgets/tech once more to make sure I felt comfortable navigating everything on my own. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, there is only one name you need to know before you head to Groove, and that’s Dan Cassin. Thanks to Dan, we have found a Subaru dealership for life. More

Although Jameson and I already knew each other he was professional forthgiving every step of the way. I had been searching up and down the Front Range and none of the other dealerships even made an attempt to be helpful or reasonable. Rolly was professional, friendly and made me feel like he really wanted to help me. It's nice to run into people that are good at their job and care about their customers. Chris Giordano also did his part and was friendly as well. I'm sure Chris and the other paperwork/Financing crew don't get a lot of the spot light, but he also did a great job of getting us through the transaction. The detailing crew also did a great job of getting everything cleaned up and read for us given a very short window of time. More
