Fantastic Experience I went into test drive a Subaru Forester as I had been researching them online for months now. There was a bit of nervousness in doing so, since we had a big family move coming in the next few weeks and I wasn't sure if I was ready to buy. I explained I needed something great in the snow and weather but wasn't 100% which model I wanted and what I could spend/ afford. Sierra took the time to interview me and helped me to decided which Forester I wanted and would work best for me. There was never a moment where she pushed us, but carefully answered our questions with facts on how the car could help what we were looking for. The woman knows her stuff and it let us trust her a bit more. I would absolutely go back to this location and work with Sierra. Thank you! More

Dan is the man! We had been to several different Subaru dealerships in the area since April. I had told five different salesmen I was ready to buy immediately as soon We had been to several different Subaru dealerships in the area since April. I had told five different salesmen I was ready to buy immediately as soon as they found a car with my very reasonable yet exact specifications. I had only one salesman follow up 3 times in email with cars that had the 3 things I said I did NOT want. Finally, we stumbled across DAN!! What an amazingly different experience! Within an hour after we were browsing and left the dealership for a bike ride, he sent an email with exactly what I thought I wanted! However, with absolutely no pressure, he kept adapting as I realized I wanted something different or additional. He even offered to come in on his day off so I could drive a car before I left for out of town! He waited patiently and remained helpful without being aggressive as I had to pause in my search for a week for personal reasons. Then when I made a last minute decision, he acted like I was the only person in the world and got everything done in hours, including a great price even over and above the sale price, my color exterior and interior, and a super class on driving my new car. Having worked in this industry as a Porter and a Service Tech, I have seen the worst and the best of many dealerships. I came in with negative preconceived notions. I have to say, everybody who helped me was helpful, transparent, and very friendly. I came in on a busy day which caused my trade-in process to be a bit lengthier than expected. The staff was very apologetic and made sure I was comfortable and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Needless to say, I was happy to wait because I felt the staff had my best interest in mind. I have my 2016 Forester XT, and I love every part of it. More
