While both dealers are very professional, Groove make the purchase much easier...in additional to offering an extended warranty - something Stevenson Toyota is apparently incapable of doing. The defining moment was Grooves ability to accept credit cards, I want air miles and they more than willing to accept my payment. I've always purchased new and used cars with a credit card - again one less reason to ever step foot into a Stevenson vehicle location - rather leap into a Groove location and see Michael Hall & the team. Amazing, Jason is the best I just went to look not buy right away. Jason found me what I loved in 30 min. I was going to look at trucks and he made me drive the vehicle I liked I just went to look not buy right away. Jason found me what I loved in 30 min. Chris the service manager was so cool and helped me find a better rate. Jason showed me so many options and features I could get and we compared prices of things and looked at what other places had and I new the price was great comparing to others. He even hung out with me after and showed me all the car features and he was detailing my car with a rag in the snow. If thats not service I don't know what is...I'm sending everyone I know to Jason, because he isn't pushy, he listens and he gave me options. Best dealer I have ever had! More
