I brought it to the dealership, and it took over 2 hours to replace my tire. Not only that, but at first they said they couldn't find any leaks and there was nothing they could do. I'm a little upset with my service on my tire. I usually have excellent and quick service. Everyone was kind, but it still took over 2 hours to fix a flat tire. Now it's late and I have to drive back across town to be home. I was hoping to get a discount on my next service to make up for my inconvenience. More

Groove Subaru made car buying a very pleasant experience. It was my after buying experience that was even more remarkable. The "followup program" sets Groove apart. Brendan Hancock came to my home in March 2017 and explained many aspects of the car (that I would have had no idea). Furthermore, periodically over the years he has answered random text message questions I had. Almost 3 years later he still answered questions (above and beyond!!!). I will replace my outback within the next 2-3 years and you can bet I will be going back to Groove! Sadly Brendan is leaving Colorado to be closer to family. I hope you find someone of his caliber to replace him. More
