First off, let me say that my salesman, James, was absolutely amazing. From my first interaction with him, I knew I was going to buy a car. I wasn't pressured. I wasn't told I "need" to buy a specific car, make or model. I was treated like a human and not as some $$ or numbers. This is is clearly evident when you walk through the salesroom door. I was greeted by different members of the Groove team and asked if I've been helped or am looking for anything. That alone made me a bit more open to speaking with them! They don't have fancy toys or high end cars. But they have some of the most wonderful people working there selling the most reliable cars on the planet.
