No-pressure, wonderful sale! I was very disdainful about going out and having to look at cars, yet again. Especially in ugly weather conditions. Yuck. I caught sight of a Subaru that really resonated with me, and despite the heavy slush snowfall, Robert saved the day with his understanding, courteous demeanor, and all in all superb helpfulness. (Thanks for uncovering the vehicles so many times!) I felt absolutely no pressure or obligation to fulfill the sale without our mutual agreement, which was a breath of fresh air compared to other salesfolk who had really put me on edge the days before. The fact that I was able to smile and laugh during the entire process, for the first time in practically a week.. That alone meant the world to me. I cannot thank him enough, (as well as Jeremy; both were very patient with me with a minor correction in some paperwork long after the sale was said and done!), and if I could do it all again, I would!
