This was the ultimate deciding factor for me- if the service had been less than stellar, I would have for sure shopped around more. Kudos to the Groove team for still offering great service even though they had to deliver my car to me twice to test drive and ultimately purchase. It worked out for me, as it turns out having a car delivered to your doorstep is incredibly convenient! All the paperwork was down right outside my house. Finlay was awesome and always available for any questions. He gave me his phone number so I could text him whenever I needed to. Great service all around and Groove will be the first place I'll check out when I'm ready for my next car. More
