The paperwork took only about 20 minutes. From the moment we drove onto the lot until we left only about 40 minutes had expired. Robert made the process quick and easy. No games. Great value. I narrowed my search to three manufacturers and called three dealerships. I did my homework and Dan Cassin was my first and only salesman for a Subaru. Dan directed me to the Subaru site to do my research on a Crosstrek, the model I was interested in. He particularly wanted me to read, Why Subaru? I finally narrowed my search down to a Subaru Crosstrek based on dependability, performance in snow and cold weather and price. Dan, at no time, pressured me to purchase a car from him, and I respected his knowledge and quiet, supportive manner. My sales rep Andrew Smith was extremely careful to ensure that we maintained social distancing and that all surfaces were wiped clean with sanitizer. He was an excellent sales person in showing me the car I wanted, arranging the test drive and negotiating a great price. Finance Manager Jeff Adsit made the financing and pricing process quick and easy. And at all times I felt appreciated as a customer even before finalizing the purchase. Coincidentally my wife was wanting a new car, so we deci My youngest son needed a car when his beater began to break down for clearly the final time. Coincidentally my wife was wanting a new car, so we decided to move her existing Impreza to our soon-to-be-carless son and have her get a new shiny 2020 model. We chose Groove Subaru because of several reasons, not the least of which was that they were very helpful a few years ago when we were moving here, and needed to sell a car. Anyway, Andrew was nominated to do the dirty work (i.e be our sales person). He was thorough but not pushy, friendly but not patronizing, clearly knowing the process very well. he handled all our demands and delivered the car on time and with no issues. He even drove the trade-in back to the dealership. And wore a mask, wore gloves and respected our distancing and overall safety. Recommended highly. A++ Ted More
