Great Buying Experience I had been taking my older subaru to Groove for service for the past 2 years so when it came time to purchase a new car, we chose them to purchase our I had been taking my older subaru to Groove for service for the past 2 years so when it came time to purchase a new car, we chose them to purchase our new Forester. The exprience was quick and easy. I worked with Joe Rodman via phone/email to get info and pricing and by the time we went to the dealership all we had to do was test drive to confirm we wanted to buy. Given Covid-19 the dealrship was careful with all employees wearing masks, social distancing and santizing everything from the tables we sat at to the pens we used. Joe and Grace were friendly and informative without pressing us for a sale. Chris in Finance completed our transaction and was also helpful and firendly Best experience I have had when buying a new car. Would highly recommend Groove Subaru!! More
