I will be honest to say I was a bit anxious about car shopping during the pandemic and from a dealership. When I arrived and was greeted by Grace I knew I was in the right place. Jeremy Horwath helped me close the deal with finding added coverage options as well as the best financing option for me. The whole process was smooth, stream-lined and just amazing! 2020 OUTBACK PURCHASE – COVID19 HIGH-RISK PURCHASER - mm Overall, very good purchasing experience. Felt I got a good deal and Sergio, who is very personable and knowledgeable, was great to work with. Started my purchase online and finished up in person. Mentioned to him that due to health issues, I was in a very high-risk group for COVID19 and he was very respectful. Entire staff of dealership was in a mask. Sergio offered to do paperwork outside and had a table set up, disinfected, and ready to go when I arrived a little before the dealership opened. I immediately test-drove new vehicle while he had my trade evaluated and was able to get me a few hundred dollars more value, which I greatly appreciated. Suggestions for the dealership during COVID19: First that they consider adjusting internal procedures to get high-risk customers like me processed as quickly as possible. Because I needed to clarify some dealer questions with my insurance provider via phone, I ended up waiting for a Finance person after other, later-arriving customers. This caused me to spend about three hours there, when I expected to be in and out in about an hour. That feels like an eternity to a high-risk person in a public place. Secondly, I noticed some customers weren’t wearing masks, one of which interacted with my salesperson. Since this virus could be lethal to a high-risk person, perhaps they could consider either requiring all customers to wear a mask or have another team member take over interacting with either the high-risk person or the person without the mask. Final minor note – when I was getting into new car to leave, I noticed the detail was not done thoroughly. Sergio agreed and of course offered to have it re-done, but at that point I just wanted to be on my way home. I did need to call and ask him some additional questions while I was driving home, and he was very accommodating and helpful and said to call him anytime with additional questions. More
