My shopping experience started 6 months ago and I was not in a position to buy a vehicle at the time due to financial reasons. This did not stop Sergio from treating me like a "cash" buyer and valuable customer. I went to several other dealerships which treated me like I wasn't even there at first. I went back to this same dealership (AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe) on several occasions and everytime except the last time I felt like an undervalued customer. I only say the last time because on my last experience the female associate treated me well, but the damage was done and we did did not want to deal with this particular dealership. However, my wife and I were so impressed with the customer service we received that we kept our promise of going back and buying a vehicle at Groove Subaru. We showed up unexpected and Sergio was not there, but this was not an issue because Andrew stepped in and the customer service he provided was in par with how Sergio treated us. Sergio and Andrew were in constant communication to ensure I received the BEST customer experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. The process was quick and seamless. This was solidified with the attention I received from Josh the finance specialist. I guess providing A+ Customer Service is part of the culture at Groove.
