This was actually a mixed leaning towards poor experience, but I was informed if I don’t put 5 stars it is considered a full failure. Unfortunately, one of your more recent hires was the one to pe experience, but I was informed if I don’t put 5 stars it is considered a full failure. Unfortunately, one of your more recent hires was the one to perform my service. They said I would need an $8,000.00 engine replacement, which left me without transportation for more than a week. Turns out, after I asked for more information and inspecting, that it was just a rock in the exhaust. This was frustrating, and has stained my thoughts on the Subaru brand. Luckily Jared did all he could to try to fix the situation through good customer service. But honestly, this was frustrating and disappointing. More
