Rolly was very helpful in helping me with my new lease. I am on my 4th Subaru and knew exactly what I wanted. The lot didn't have the vehicle I wanted just yet but when I came in for the first appointment, h am on my 4th Subaru and knew exactly what I wanted. We even test drove a car with the same engine. All of those details solidified my decision. This is my fourth Subaru that I have gotten from Groove and with Dan Cassin's help. We leased our first three Subaru's, and this most recent visit, I bought my next car. Dan has helped us with our leases (and now my purchase) since 2014. He is very thorough and honest. I know that when I walk into Groove Subaru, I am not going to be lied to and pushed to make a purchase I am not comfortable with. Dan went above and beyond to send me estimates for what it would look like to purchase the lease I had and what it would look like to lease new cars. When I came into the dealership, I decided I wanted to look at buying a newer, used car. When I got there, Dan was helping another customer, so he asked David Keith to assist me in looking at my options and take me on some test drives. David was so nice and professional. I had my 5-year-old with me, and he was starting to get bored being at a dealership for so long, and David chatted with my son and made the experience more fun for him. When it came down to the purchase and finance step, I worked with Utku Ogut. He was so nice and great to work with. Again, at that point, my son was starting to lose it. Utka joked around with my son and even gave him a little action figure for him to keep. We will always be using Groove Subaru and will recommend everyone who is looking for a new car, to come to Groove! More
