During my entire day with Joe, the way he treated me and communicated with me, I felt he was looking out for my interests and not that of the dealership or himself. He carefully explained what I needed to know before we took the test drive so that I could safely drive the car. After I purchased the car, he went through the car’s features and asked me if I remembered their purposes. That was very helpful. Joe explained the differences between the Outback and the Ascent-both the positives and negatives. This assisted me in making the right decision.
