We had a ton of questions, and she was very patient and got us answers to all of our questions - even ones she couldn't personally answer. She's very knowledgeable across all aspects of a new vehicle purchase, including deep familiarity with features and options, financing, and how the purchase process works. She was a fantastic guide throughout our journey! We completed our purchase in a second visit to Groove Subaru after our initial test drive. Stephany laid out the process for us, and other than it taking a bit longer than estimated, had us in and out in good time. She prepared us for what to expect at every step, and the process played out exactly as she described. We're just a few days post-sale, and the experience with both Stephany and the dealership have continued to be great. Stephany has followed up on all of the few loose items coming out of our purchase, including arranging for a refund on an option we included in our purchase that we later discovered was already included with our vehicle. It's been a really long time since I've purchased a new car, or a car from a dealer (have relied on brokers and done private-party transactions), but my experience with Stephany and Groove Subaru could not have been better.
