I bought a new Subaru late last year. I was hesitant because I loved the vehicle I was in and had only had it a few years. However the driver’s seat was not working for me, I was having chronic back pai because I loved the vehicle I was in and had only had it a few years. However the driver’s seat was not working for me, I was having chronic back pain. The Subaru Ascent came out shortly after I had purchased my previous vehicle and I was very intrigued by it. I waited a year or so after purchasing my prior vehicle and then looked into trading it in for an Ascent. I worked with Micah Jenkinson and checked on making the deal but told me it just didn’t make sense financially to do it at that time. He kept in touch with me over the next two years ( only about 2-3 times) and finally let me know when he was able to sell me an Ascent and have my payment go down!! I could have gone to another Subaru dealership and they probably would have talked me into buying a new vehicle no matter what the deal. ( maybe not, but?) I didn’t need the new car, I still had a three year old vehicle with low miles. I really appreciated the integrity and transparency that Micah extended to me. All that said, my Subaru is about 9 months old now….. it has almost all the premium features, and my payment is lower now. What a refreshing experience!!! More

Derek was a huge help in the process of buying my 2021 Crosstrek.
