I walked in not knowing what to expect. I had filled out info on an Ascent prior to arriving. Vincent immediately greeted me and proceeded to treat me great. After all the paperwork was signed and the car was mine, he spent another 15 minutes helping get familiar with and set up the controls/head unit. Jeff handled the paperwork and was so pleasant he made all the signing super easy and talked me through the deluge of information. I highly recommend this team if you are even considering a new Subaru. More
Recently my car was here for a failure to start without a check engine light. They looked the car over and told me it was a faulty engine harness (at barely 100,000mi) and also told me warranty would not cov check engine light. I let it slide though I thought that was outrageous, I nearly called the warranty place myself cause I had a feeling the guy was lying to me. The guy at Groove told me it would be 3-5 days for the part and a day of labor and he’d sponsor one day of a rental. Cool. Fast forward, it took 11 days to complete and the rental is now double the price I originally intended to spend. Not only that, but I never received updates or pictures that they told me they had sent. Plus looking in my hood yesterday I noticed they didn’t even install my battery tie down cover that they invoiced me for. Makes me wonder if they actually fixed my engine harness or just pulled some wool over the eyes. Either way they unplugged my dash cam when they didn’t have to. I have an OBDII splitter that gives them an open port to access. Overall I think my willingness to trust them was also foolishness to get screwed over. More
