Thanks for taking the time to respond! While I appreciate the offer of a refund, I’m more interested in what internal steps you are taking to such that I’m likely to have a different experience in the future. I’ve had my Subaru’s serviced at 5 different Subaru dealerships inside and outside of Colorado in the past year and where I can make an apples-to-apples comparison, Groove's prices are on the high side. In addition, you may consider $70 for a cabin air filter to be a “competitive” price, but it’s not a “fair” price. It takes advantage of your less car savvy customers and makes me wonder if I’m being taken advantage of in other transactions. I appreciate that Groove aggressively sought feedback and this review is given in the spirit of helping to improve not complaint.
