My husband and I had a wonderful experience buying a great 2022 Subaru from Groove. We had purchased a car from Groove six years ago and felt that we were treated poorly and even flippantly. We knew we wanted a particular vehicle for certain reasons, but the concern for our needs were almost laughed at. For example, we wanted to definitely test drive the vehicle more than a couple of bumpy blocks in a small neighborhood, but a few yards of driving were all that was offered. There were other problems as well. We definitely did not think that we would want to actually purchase another vehicle from Groove, but we did want to see what they had. Patrick presented us with totally unexpected thoughtfulness and expertise. His assistant Ryan was a good helper too. They answered a few hundred questions perfectly and explained the many features and functions of the the cars we looked at. They were well-educated about the vehicles and gave us many necessary details and they were fun to work with as well. We will definitely return to Groove whenever we want another car. And we will ask for Patrick Duffy and Ryan to assist us. More
