Everyone we dealt with from sales people to driving in the car and being shown various attributes of the Forester, were absolutely wonderful. However, we traded in our 2020 Honda CRV and we were supposed to receive a check for $18,000. We need to put that back in our retirement account and it has never come. I have made about 4 to 5 phone calls regarding this, but nothing has been done so far. I’ve spoken with Jared, the sales manager, and he is trying to talk to the appropriate people, but I still don’t have my check. I’m getting concerned to where I’m willing to drive up there and camp out in the Subaru Store until I receive this check. It has been three weeks and counting. This is highly unacceptable and I want it resolved ASAP. When I get my check, I will upgrade my review. Please don’t make me go to Social Media to tell this story! 🤔🫤🙃Thank you! Summer Jones More

The General Manager of this facility is an unscrupulous liar, and I hope they can him immediately. My family member has been dealing with this presumptuous con artist, who continually places the dealershi liar, and I hope they can him immediately.
