Last month when I had the oil changed in my Crosstrek, I worked with Tiannah. She let me know that I would need new tires before winter came and gave me information on the options. Tiannah kept me posted throughout the day on the status of the replacement. When I picked up my car we went through the probable next service which is to check and possibly replace the brakes.
