Haley was wonderful at keeping communication with what’s going on and what needed to be done. A bit pricey but Haley helped out a lot in working with me to get the best deal possible. After your having my '04 Subaru for SIX DAYS and about $3000., my car STILL is not fixed to my satisfaction! An '04 vehicle is not going to ride like a new car; however, I believe it doesn't have to ride as bad as it does. Josh, my service adviser was very kind, and I liked him; however, the same cannot be said for the mechanic who worked on my car. At this point, I believe I am about finished with Groove Subaru.
