Everyone was very friendly and I was kept informed of the status of the work. I made the appointment online stating there was an issue to be fixed along with an oil change. The problem is the shop was short- status of the work. I made the appointment online stating there was an issue to be fixed along with an oil change. The problem is the shop was short-staffed and the car sat at the shop for 2 days. The online system shouldn't have accepted the appointment if the car couldn't be worked on for 2 days. More
