I had been shopping around for a car, new or slightly used at a bunch of different dealerships and was not sure what I was going to get. The other dealerships and salemen were pushy and pressured me to used at a bunch of different dealerships and was not sure what I was going to get. The other dealerships and salemen were pushy and pressured me to test drive a bunch of cars even after I said I did not want to at that time. The salemen also kept trying to upsell me to a more expensive car with a bunch of features I was not interested in having on a car. At Groove Mazda Marty did not pressure me to buy a specific car, he was willing to talk about the Mazda 2, 3, or 6 or the other cars and the features on the cars and was not dismissive about the car I liked. He did not pressure me to test drive the car. He was very knowledge about all the cars and provide genuine help in making a selection. I appreciated his helpfulness and sincerity. I dreaded buying a car because of the negoations and the waste of time the saleman and office manager usually put a person through. It was different at Groove Mazda I felt like they we giving me the best deal they could and we were all working for the same goal. I am not a tough negoatiator and did not feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. I am very happy with my car and the entire sales experience. More
I always have a good experience at Groove Mazda. The service dept is very helpful and understanding. Car problems are never fun but they always turn it around to be a great experience. I went in for new tires, alignment and an oil change. I recieved great service, they did an awesome job and the price was great. I was impressed when I picked my vehicle up. Great experience....no shenanigans. :) I came in to test drive the Mazda CX7 and did not plan to purchase today. Went in for 7500 mile service. Service department was very friendly. I was able to drop off overnight and they called next morning first thing. Was able to pick up on time. I really enjoy working with Kenny and the service team at Groove. He is always very helpful and friendly when I bring my car in. He listens to any concerns and addresses each one for me. Service center is convenient, clean and I like the customer service. I was only disappointed on the price because it was a repair that wasn't covered under warranty.
