Tracy was a perfect salesperson who didn’t pressure me into anything and in the end got me the deal I wanted. She couldn’t have gotten me that deal without the help of the sales manager John Collins. He went above and beyond to track down the specific CX-9 I wanted and then put together a home run deal. Groove Mazda made buying a new car so effortless on my part it almost wasn’t like buying a car at all, sure there was a little negotiating, but in the end I got the deal I wanted and now I have the exact CX-9 I wanted sitting in my garage.
