I was excited to see that this dealership had a car I had been keeping an eye out for at a reasonable price. I called to set up a test drive, and the gentleman told me he'd see me later that day and he'd cal been keeping an eye out for at a reasonable price. I drive the 45 minutes to the dealership, inspect the car, am pretty convinced to buy, and another salesman walks out with a "Sold" sign. I thought surely it couldn't be for the car I was looking at, since I had made an appointment and would be informed of any changes. Well, it was for the car I was looking at. The salesman who just sold it was VERY rude to me in telling me to stop looking at the car, get my purse away from it, etc. I would have appreciated a call to save the gas and 90 miles on my car. Also, more tact from the second salesman would have been great. Sure, he made the sale, but lost my customer base from here on out. I'm sure the person who got the car had a pleasant experience; good price, good car, etc. But my treatment and experience was awful, wasteful, and sad. More

When we got the price and financing worked out I came to the dealership and already felt as though I knew Josh. He was wonderful to work with and made the whole process quick and easy and I would recommend anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle to come visit Josh. Jessica Cline More
I went into car searching with really no intent to buy right away. I actually found a Camry at another Groove store. I called this dealer and told them that I found a car at another dealer. They had the camry I wanted transfered over within a few hours. When I got off of work I went right up and the car was sitting there waiting for me. I knew right there that, that car was mine. They made the paper work so easy and fast. It was actually the quickest time I have ever been in and out a dealership in my life. They all had positive attitudes about my payment when I was so negative. Granted I did go over my budget but that is cause they explained the Platnium Warrenty Package that I bought with the car so now I feel safe driving not having to worry about being taking care of. I really do recommend this dealer to anyone in need of a new or used car. This team was great. And the vibe inside the store was good. The Groove Mazda dealership made the whole process easy. I seriously considered the Mazda3 for about 3 months after the loss of my Suzuki, and shared this with one too many dealerships that did not understand a simple concept; being obnoxious will not earn yo after the loss of my Suzuki, and shared this with one too many dealerships that did not understand a simple concept; being obnoxious will not earn you a new customer. However, Brian Olson at Groove Mazda was different. He followed up with me regularly, but was never pushy, and never annoying. About 2 weeks ago, I dropped by Groove Mazda, and asked for Brian. I had no expectations of purchasing that day, but it happened. Brian was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure doing business with. The Service Director, Kenny Berndt, and Brian made sure that my vehicle was perfect before I left. In the last 13 years, of visiting numerous dealerships, Groove Mazda ranks #1 in the purchase process, which was smooth, and surprisingly quick, as well as customer service. I love my new car!! Sales person was helpful NOT pushy. He knew the product very well and was honest about performance, features etc. Pricing was straight forward. Overall I am happy with my purchasing experience and would recommend Groove Mazda should anyone ask me for a car dealer. The only uncomfortable issue I encountered was with the financing part of the transaction. Because I did not want to purchase any of the offered options (two of which were already installed ($1450.00) the finance person was upset and made an adverse comment. I left the dealership overall very satisfied. More
