I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my new CX-9. I had been thinking of trading in my 2007 CX-9 on a new one for the past six months. Mark kept in contact with me every few months when a new incentive would c thinking of trading in my 2007 CX-9 on a new one for the past six months. This week the incentive matched what I wanted to do and I traded my 2007 (loved it) for a 2012 with all the bells and whistles. The safety features on this car are amazing and I really like the 'touch' back gate lift. With my arthritis, this was a must! I picked up my car last night and was in/out of the dealership in about an hour. Mark had the majority of the paperwork ready for me and signing was easy. He also went over all the functions on the dash and how to set up everything. Mark even set up my bluetooth for me before I left. THANK YOU MARK. From the sales team to the service team, this dealership has been amazing to work with. The service manager saw me in the dealership as he walked through and told me he would be calling to schedule my first free oil change in about four months. I'm sure I'll hear form him.
