Fair price, friendly staff. Overall I was happy with the experience I had at Groove Ford. The staff was friendly and I feel like I got a fair price. My only complaint would be that I received the car with the front license plate bracket already drilled into the bumper. There are aftermarket Solutions that do not require Drilling so I would have preferred they're not to be any holes in my bumper. I appreciate that they supplied the license plate bracket but it should be left up to the customer whether it is used or not. More

I appreciated Gabrielle and her attention to get me out of there and on my way home ASAP. The paperwork was ready to sign and the truck was clean and full of gas-she even set me up with lunch. I was asked by several people while I sat in the showroom if I had been helped. I am glad she was the sales person my husband had been working with because she was professional yet personable. More

They told me that the spark plugs, coils and engine controller are bad and need to be replaced.. Over a $1000 later all my smart friends were asking me why they replaced all the parts at once and not replace the plugs and see if that I trusted them to not screw me over. I believe there techs get commission, makes since why they are replacing parts that don't need replacing. Stay away!!!!! More

Good and Bad We came to Groove Ford to buy a car on the Z plan as my father-in-law is a Ford retiree. Our sales person Gabe was awesome, friendly and very helpful We came to Groove Ford to buy a car on the Z plan as my father-in-law is a Ford retiree. Our sales person Gabe was awesome, friendly and very helpful to us. She seemed very eager to make our experience a good one. Overall, all of the employees were friendly and helpful. Our major issue though was with one of the managers, Michael Troglia, who kept insisting that we also needed to provide a certificate to buy the car on the Z plan, not just the PIN. It got to the point that he was harassing us about it. We called Ford Plan Corporate and were told that only a PIN was necessary and that if Groove Ford had issues with this, Groove Ford just needed to call them. Even after telling him that, we continued to get harassed about needing a certificate. We told Michael that our father was dying and we didn't need this hassle (he died the next day). So this has soured our experience with Groove Ford. But if you need a wonderful sales agent, I would highly recommend Gabe for a normal car purchase. She was very knowledgeable. However, if you are wanting to buy a car under a special purchase plan, they don't know what they are doing. This was my husband's 7th car purchased with this plan over the years and all the other purchases went very smoothly without hassle. Our no response on recommending the dealership has only to do with the hassles with buying a car on the Ford Purchase Plan. A normal purchase may be great. More

Gabrielle was the sales person who answered my call, she said she was my car guy and asked me to stop in. I was 20 minutes away, by the time I arrived she had a few pickups to look at. I made my selection and she got the ball rolling. From the time coming in to the time going home was short, sweet and to the point. I made serval stops at other Ford dealers around the Denver area and kept getting the run around. I was happy I called into Groove. I will be back. More
