He treated us with the utmost respect and went to bat for us to get the most from Endurance, our uncooperative extended service plan company. We would like to thank Bryan Haarhues, General Manager, for stepping up to the plate by helping us with the $15,000 bill that our service plan company, Endurance, refused to honor. We would also like to thank Mr. Haarhues for making us a screaming deal on our new 2019 F350 Superduty truck. Last, but not least, our special thanks to Samantha Bailey in Sales who helped us order our custom F350 Superduty truck. She held our hands throughout the entire waiting period by keeping us informed as to the progress and location of the truck until it was delivered to us. Good til got to Finacing When we first walked into this dealership we were looking for a truck. Our sales man Carlton was awesome, no complaints on him at all, the sales manager (don't remember his name)that day, was detailed and answered every question we had. He did his best to get the best deal and price for the truck we got. Lets just say that day was good. This not being my 1st vehicle bought from a dealership I knew the process of buying. Little did we know what was going to happen next. The finance person Julia was the worst I have EVER had to deal with. A bad experience with her for over two months if not longer. With all this going on I got in contact with a manager named Adam. Adam was great! He got things handled right away, what took over two months was done within days and questions where answered with minutes with Adam. I believe one bad apple doesn't spoil the bunch, but I would not recommended a friend or family member to this dealership because of having to deal with that one bad apple. More

If you have any problems or issues be sure that they don't care! No one will help you and solve your problems. They absolutely don't respect carriers! I've been in this business for more than 4 years and I've never seen such ignore attitude! I have a 5-star rating of the carrier, we have arrived at the spot March 11th to get car picked up. But vehicle has been picked up March 6th. We asked for dry-run fee , cause we spent our time , fuel and money to get there , but they've just laughed at us, telling they will add $50 for next car. Nobody at their company tried to solve the situation. Jeremy and Bryan Haarhues did nothing but kept hung up on me. And some girl at their service told me i have called to a hospital and i should quit bothering them , but the thing is , that i've messages from number that i've dialed , showing gatepass for vehicle , meaning that they lied to me. The company's management knows this, but does nothing. Why do we need such a company, if I have to solve all my problems myself? I would give them 0 stars if i could Do not mess with them if you do not want to work for free. More

It has been over six months since the purchase and I am still trying to get the dealership to make good on a "we owe". Found out today that both the sales person who wrote up the deal, as well as the sales manager I reached out to via email months ago still work at the dealership. They simply decided to stop returning emails...apparently in hopes that I would forget about the "we owe" or drop it altogether. More
