I recommend using any other dealership service department. More

I brought my car into this service center and I am 100% pleased with the efficiency of the team to repair my car in time before my move and the customer service and communication from Chase Jacobson was exceptional. Turns out I had a part that had to be replaced due to a recall. Phew. Groove Ford fixed my car in a matter of a few days and I now have a safe and reliable vehicle to make my long drive in. When we say we're not interested, please give it a rest! Our salesperson was great, but Russell Micholeson was very difficult to work with. We repeatedly told him we were not interested in extended warranti Our salesperson was great, but Russell Micholeson was very difficult to work with. We repeatedly told him we were not interested in extended warranties or $500 clear bras, but he continued to drone on about various overpriced options for 10+ minutes. $350 for front window tint? Seriously? When someone tells you they aren't going to buy any of these things (we didn't), please just get them out of your office as quickly as possible. 3+ hours in any dealership is excessive mid-day during the week. We paid cash (CPO/late model), so Russell was doing absolutely anything he could to make some money in the finance office. He was not especially familiar with the paperwork he presented, and had trouble explaining some basic things he swore were "standard at Groove stores", he thinks... He appeared rather nervous when questioned about anything outside of his dealership-mandated script, and got *very* uncomfortable when I asked if they had the title for this vehicle on hand. This is not an uncommon or unreasonable question, so I'm not sure why this made him so uncomfortable? Just wanted to know how long we'd have to wait for titlework... We declined everything he offered, and will not be back for service or any warranty work due to his performance and behavior. There are other Ford dealers in the metro area more deserving of our service dollars, that don't attempt to strong-arm or intimidate (laughably) customers. Russell - if your paycheck isn't what you need it to be at the end of the month, perhaps consider going back to sales, or finding another line of work? Nobody is buying your $350 window tint, nor your $500 clear bras... Stop trying to prey upon the uneducated and vulnerable, and produce something of value with your efforts. It'll help with getting that confused look off of your face when someone asks you a question of any depth. Individuals like yourself are the reason that people hate the car purchasing process. More
