Had a bad experience at another dealer and John took me in and found what I needed quickly went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with everything! I wish more people would go visit Grogan before they go any place else some of these big huge dealers don't give you the personal service that Grogan's does! Words can’t express the service I received from Grogan’s and specifically Salesman John B! From the initial phone call John Baertschi was courteous and went above and beyond expectations. I flew in from S and specifically Salesman John B! From the initial phone call John Baertschi was courteous and went above and beyond expectations. I flew in from St Louis and John sent a driver to pick me up at the airport. This saved me from having to Uber there. From start to finish it was seamless. John treated me like a friend and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone to Grogan’s and tell them to see John B! I’ve been raving to my coworkers about this experience. Top notch! More
