Grogan price for this truck and everything it was loaded with and low miles. beat everyone within 700 plus miles. When it came time to pick up my vehicle. I planned on flying to Chicago. From Chicago to Toledo. When I arrived in Chicago. My flight was canceled. The next flight to toledo was the next day at 430 p.m. Grogan offered their driver to come and pick me up four and half hours away. Free of charge! They went above and beyond for my wife and I. Great customer service, sales personal. I will definely do business with Grogan again. More
Treated like dirt! I went to look at a 2011 Nitro and wanted to trade my 2008 Hummer H3 on it. Steve only wanted to give me rough value trade in for a vehicle in very good condition. He slapped a NADA report for the Nitro in front of me. I asked to see one for the H3. He got on computer, then said he couldn't get on the site. I had no trouble checking NADA price on me H3 after I got home. Don't like being lied to!!! Wouldn't send my enemies to this dealership! Poor customer service from Steve Merritt I was very interested in one of their cars I saw listed online. However, I live 2 hours from this dealership. I spoke with the Manager and he told sal I was very interested in one of their cars I saw listed online. However, I live 2 hours from this dealership. I spoke with the Manager and he told salesman, Steve Merritt, to pull the car inside and go over the entire car with me on the phone. I was also promised that they would take photos of any damage and email to me. I was told there were 2 dings by the gas cap. Steve took 2 pictures that were just awful. They were taken outside in sun glare with shadows of buildings, people, and truck which made the extent of real damage difficult to see, which I think was done on purpose. I requested Steve retake the picture, refocusing this time of a close up of the damage only. Steve replied he had already taken 2 photos for me and there were photos online. (The photos online showed no damage, nor was it mentioned in the write up for this car.) Needless to say, I have not only decided not to do business with Steve, I will never purchase anything from this dealership! More

We will be back!!! It was worth the drive!! My husband and I had been searching for a Dodge Durango for quite a while. We came across our vehicle on Grogan-Towne's website. My husband called and talked to Mo and was told the vehicle was not ready to be seen. We explained that Saturday was the only day we were able to shop for vehicles and we really wanted to see this vehicle. We told him we lived two hours away (Flint area Michigan) He offered to have it cleaned up so we could see it. We arrived and the vehicle was actually pretty clean and it had been washed. I was very impressed that he took the time to have it presentable for us to see without even knowing whether or not we would buy it. After test driving the vehicle, we decided it was the one for us. Mo explained how their vehicles are aggressively priced and showed us the KBB price which was $3,000 higher than what they were asking for it. Anyway, we made the deal. To top things off, they delivered our Dodge Durango FREE to Michigan. In order to certify the car, they did their 125 point inspection etc. Mo called and said that the mechanic said there was a shake in the front end so they installed four BRAND NEW TIRES and delivered it to us with a full tank of gas and professionally cleaned inside and out. We have never been treated so well. Mo was not a pushy salesman and was very upfront and honest with us - unlike previous experiences we had while car shopping. Our son will be getting his first car soon and we will definitely make the drive to purchase a vehicle from Mo at Grogan Towne Chrysler Jeep Dodge. We dealt with Heather in finance and she was awesome too. I could not believe how smooth it was to deal with both of them. It was just a wonderful experience. I love my Dodge Durango. It's worth the drive!!!! More

He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. Although he was there to answer all our questions and concerns there was never any pressure from him. We were able to make a deal and are so happy with our 2013 Dodge Journey. A great experience I had been shopping around for a newer vehicle for about a month, i had been to several dealerships over that time and didn't have any luck finding th I had been shopping around for a newer vehicle for about a month, i had been to several dealerships over that time and didn't have any luck finding the right car that was within my price range. I'm not a fan of being sold to in an aggressive manner, which has been my experience with many of these dealerships but the first time i walked into Grogan's I met with Darius Edwards and I never felt as if i was being pushed to buy a car. The one thing that stuck with me through the process was Darius telling me that, "I don't work for my for my bosses, i work for you." This put me at ease when i finally found a car that was in Grogan's inventory. I got an extremely nice 2010 Ford Fusion Sport and I couldn't be more happy with my experience. More
