Grogan’s Towne dealership is by far the best in the United States and definitely number one in Ohio. Shane did an outstanding job finding my dream vehicle right down to the very last detail, he kept in touch with me the entire time, making me feel like I was a priority, and always kept me in the loop. After my vehicle was delivered to me in Texas, he made sure to call and go over every detail in the car and make sure I knew how to use the new updated app for my vehicle as well. I want to clear up front, I ended up not buying a car from them ONLY because I found one less than 100 miles away instead of 2000 to get it from Grogan. Having said that I ABSOLUTELY wouldn't hesitate buying a vehicle from them, especially working with their salesman John Byrne. Prior to my interaction with them I'd seen numerous reviews identifying him in the positive, after working with him for the past week or so I now know why. John, is the antithesis of your typical car dealer salesman. He was very responsive, courteous all the time, NEVER NEVER pushy, and honestly made it feel like it he was really trying to help me versus sell me a car. If a vehicle hadn't popped up in my back yard I would have bought from them for sure. Thanks again John for all your help!!! More
