We went in wanting to look at two Cherokees we found online and John didn’t waste anytime because he could see my pain and discomfort. The next day, in a little less pain, John was ready for us when we got there. He spent extra time with me in the gorgeous 2016 special 75th anniversary Cherokee to make sure I knew everything last thing. Not to mention, he gave me a new US Marine Corps sticker for my new Jeep to replace the one I lost in the accident. Having purchase my Liberty at Yark and now my Cherokee ya Grogan’s... it’s almost certain my family will be coming to John in the future. More

Great Experience! From the moment I walked in the dealership and met John Baertschi, I felt very comfortable- not what I was expecting. I initially went in to compare b From the moment I walked in the dealership and met John Baertschi, I felt very comfortable- not what I was expecting. I initially went in to compare buying a used vehicle vs possibly leasing a new one. John was low pressure and very informative about the pros and cons of each potential choice. It took me a week to finally decide which way to go- I ended up leasing a RAM 1500. The process was smooth and didn't take much time. I am very happy with the decision I went with and will most likely decide to lease in the future. I did have one issue with the truck, I ran over a bag of garbage by accident and it caused some problems with the rear end- not the trucks fault, but I did take it to Grogan's Towne to have it repaired. Very smooth and pleasant transaction We were shopping for a used car for our teenage son. My initial contact with Grogan's Town was with John Baertschi to ask about pictures of a car they had just taken into inventory. He found the car and sent me pictures with his cell phone the same day! I knew this level of service would make for a smooth transaction so even though that car wasn't the one we ultimately purchased we decided to make the drive to Grogan's Town to shop there other inventory. My son found a car that he loved and the price was unbeatable by any other dealerships we shopped.
