Very difficult to work with. They were unresponsive to emails and emails I did receive were in conflict with voicemails received. I started with the typical online price request via their web page. It took days to get a response. There were some follow up calls and emails but they always took a long time. They never did respond to my final email that contained my final counter offer. More

Made an appt for 10 A. M. for an Oil Change, Tire Rotation, and 2 Front Shocks replaced under warranty. Called at 3:30 to check on the status. Not going to be able to service your vehicle today, we will try tomorrow.. What is the point in making an appt then. Left me vehicle there for basically the whole day for nothing to be done to it. I rarely ever use Grogan Towne because this place is horrible every time I go here. But I thought, Oh they cant really mess this up. Well I was wrong again. Not 1 time have I had a good experience here. More

This dealership is great. My lease was ending and I needed to decide whether to keep my current vehicle or start a new lease. Shane knew this and showed us a new truck.
