Luke warm experience I’m in customer service myself and Griffin has missed the boat on taking care of its customers. Also when I got my vehicle back and was looking for the key, a tech was nearby and said he was sure it fell between the seat and console. Seriously? If you knew that why would you just leave it there. That’s not where it was when I handed my vehicle over to you. Lastly I had inquired upon my arrival if they were busy that day and I was told no. I asked if there was time to do a detail on my car. The desk person called back to the shop and was told no and he wasn’t staying all day. Not even a spot clean! I have purchased several vehicles at this location when it was under different ownership. We will not be buying our next vehicle here. More
