Since it was a Saturday and no tire place was open and the tire was not leaking that bad I made the decision since I was not driving so much because of the coronavirus I could wait until Monday to have the tire replaced. I was in and out in no time, I have dealt with Matt before and he has always been professional and courteous. The service department has always been great to me and the waiting room is awesome even during the pandemic. They are constantly disinfecting the place and the receptionist, whose name I believe is Ronnie, is very pleasant, This is my 2nd Ford from Griffin and I taken my vehicles to their Service Department for everything which has mostly just been for oil changes because the vehicles that I have owned have been very reliable. My only beef with Griffin Ford is the Finance Manager I dealt with when I bought my 2nd vehicle from there. I felt he screwed me and my fiancé with the final signing because we both bought vehicles at the same time from Griffin Ford. Thumbs up to the Service Dept. though More

Went for an oil change. It took longer then the hour I was told. Additionally, they left all the plastic on the seat and floor paper in the car for me to handle and throw away with no garbage cans visible was told. To top it off they never reset my oil change indicator alert. I had to sort through the owner's manual to learn how to do it myself. On some positive notes... the price was good and they washed the outside of the car. Have had service here before, so hoping this was just an off day for them. More
