Since it was a Saturday and no tire place was open and the tire was not leaking that bad I made the decision since I was not driving so much because of the coronavirus I could wait until Monday to have the tire replaced. I was in and out in no time, I have dealt with Matt before and he has always been professional and courteous. The service department has always been great to me and the waiting room is awesome even during the pandemic. They are constantly disinfecting the place and the receptionist, whose name I believe is Ronnie, is very pleasant, This is my 2nd Ford from Griffin and I taken my vehicles to their Service Department for everything which has mostly just been for oil changes because the vehicles that I have owned have been very reliable. My only beef with Griffin Ford is the Finance Manager I dealt with when I bought my 2nd vehicle from there.
