Hi John: Our General Manager and staff were disappointed to read your review/comments. We strive to perform to our customer's expectations at Griffin Ford and are sorry to hear this didn't happen for you. We only charged your for an oil change, not the Works, because by replacing your tire with a spare--a rotation could not be performed. The tire was damaged to a point where we could not safely repair it. We apologize to you for the inconvenience, but our professional staff did believe the best route would have been to replace it. Your transmission cover was also in a condition that it couldn't be reinstalled, thus the quote on a new one. We are sorry for the wait. It was going to take longer than a normal oil change, considering the other repairs you had us looking into. Take care and we hope that you did get your items taken care of properly.
