Aisha was my go to saleperson Was looking at different cars online and wasn't really to sure about what i was looking for. I ended up finding a 2019 Expedition on the website. I we Was looking at different cars online and wasn't really to sure about what i was looking for. I ended up finding a 2019 Expedition on the website. I went through and filled out all of the information online and hit send while i was on the phone with a friend. literally within a minute of hitting send my phone rang. Aisha had received the message and immediately called to touch bases with me. I ended up getting a follow up email with her information and went in to look at the vehicle. she had it pulled up and ready for me when I got there. Even with all of the COVID stuff going on she was still very accommodating and allowed me time to look over the vehicle and accompany me on a short test drive (it was close to closing time when i got there). The questions that I asked if she didn't know she was honest instead of giving me some premade speal and said she would look into them along with writing them down. After i left she was able to call for a few of the questions that night and was going to get back to me the next day before i came in for a longer test drive. I liked the vehicle and it drove well but being as I am one that does a lot of research on things I told her I wanted to see a few others at other dealers before i made a decision on the vehicle. No pressure to make the sale that day and was understanding that there would be others to look at. Lets say I had a different experience at the other dealership that I went to look at the same vehicles at. I ended up looking around and finding two 2018 Explorers and messaged Aisha who was off but still responded letting me know when she would be in the next day and that she would look into getting the two vehicles ready for me. Went in and was able to see one of the vehicles (outside her hands but still messed with her about not having them both there) the next afternoon. I liked it but still wanted to see the other one so set up a time Friday with her to drive both of them again and gave me time to do a bit more research. I was encouraged to drive the first one i had driven again so that i could see the difference in both of them and ended up doing the paperwork that day to purchase one of the vehicles. I like to joke with people and Aisha took it very well even with her quips back and helped make the experience very pleasant. More

My experience Saturday was extremely poor and I do not plan on coming back to Griffen Ford for future service. There were 3 things I visited for 1) worx package - result - I only got an oil change plan on coming back to Griffen Ford for future service. There were 3 things I visited for 1) worx package - result - I only got an oil change because the advisor said the car wash was broken however he still tried to sell me the package at a higher cost? Wasn’t impressed. 2) nail in tire - result - he said the nail was in a location that couldn’t be patched. This is fine but I’m definitely going to find an auto shop that will fix it. 3) my transmission cover underneath my truck fell off recently so I asked for an estimate to get it reinstalled with new hardware only. The advisor didn’t provide an estimate for reinstall and hardware. Rather he recommended I get the cover replaced with new hardware. Understandable but again not what I asked for. To top everything off this appointment took 1 hour & 50 minutes which seemed way too long for these couple items. Plus the advisor was not very friendly. Must not have been a morning person I’m not normally one to rant and provide a bad review. Just wasn’t pleased with the service Saturday wanted to provide my thoughts. Thanks More
My salesman was great. The detailing of the vehicle was horrible. I bought my truck as it was getting dark. When I saw it in the light of day I was amazed that they even put it on the lot. Every seat had a stain that needed to be cleaned. Glove box and console had crumbs in them. I had noticed one stain on the seat and they said they would clean it when I brought the truck back for an aftermarket part. The stain was cleaned but they did such a poor job there was a new stain next to it. The sunroof was rattling a bit. I took it to my local Ford a week or two after the purchase and the rail was broken. They were pretty confident it was like that when I bought it. It seems as though they had forgotten to clean the truck outside of an complimentary vacuum and wash. More

I was a little disappointed when I found out that the 0% financing was only for two types of new cars in which the affordable one wasn’t even in stock. However, I did have a good experience with David and M financing was only for two types of new cars in which the affordable one wasn’t even in stock. However, I did have a good experience with David and Melissa as they were able to work in my budget. Overall satisfied. More
