I will never deal with you people again… the service department is one of the worst in the area ….Robert your service manager is a real bad person… you need too took how you treat your customers… have been a customer for 25 yr … I will never be back … called too other ford place in the Waukesha area for service they asked me why I would not take it back too Griffen Ford I told them that the service department over the last few years had gotten bad and I quote them … that’s what other people have told us …

Dear Pabrott, We are deeply concerned by your comments in your review. We wanted to understand more about the situation so we reviewed the phone conversation you had with our team on Friday. When you first called you requested a service appointment for your vehicle. You said many lights were on your dashboard and the vehicle interior was chiming. You said that you had just come from your mechanic who told you that you have to take it to a Ford dealer as he was unable to repair the vehicle. You also commented that you did not want to bring it to us but now you had to because of the situation. Our earliest appointment available was the following Thursday, but we were able to move the schedule around to get you in right away, to at least get a diagnosis on your vehicle. Then you started belittling our manager that our diagnosis fee is too much and that you needed to have your vehicle diagnosed AND fixed in a couple of hours. That is just a promise we cannot make as we didn’t know what’s wrong with the vehicle OR if the parts we need are even in stock. We made every effort to accommodate your situation and we were met with hostility and belittling. Our service rates are competitive with all of the Ford dealers in our area and our customer satisfaction ratings are right in line with all local shops. We do our very best to accommodate all of our customers to the best of our ability. We wish you luck and hope that you have many safe miles ahead of you!

This start in November.. I left my car there over thanksgiving week too be fixed and oil changed..: never got my oil changed they were too fix the blower motor and a a sensor when I got back the following Monday they didn’t change the oil and they did not replace the blower motor after it had been there for a week talk to service manager he promised me he would get it in and make it better well he never made it better. He never followed up with anything. I went in one day and they didn’t even know I was coming because he didn’t have it on the books so that’s why I’m upset and no, you guys are not comfortable with other dealerships the dealership that it my car is at now you pay the diagnostics but if you get your car fixed to them you don’t have to pay that your yelp review is 1.5 where I’m taking it now has a 4.25. I have talking to other people about Griffen that I know they go there and they see the same things. You guys are going downhill quick. He never offered to get my car in quick. He said it would be a week to two weeks before he could get it yet. I did not belittle him. I did not talk down to him. I was telling him the facts you guys charge $175 to see what’s going on and $175 for labor, why wouldn’t I try and get somebody cheaper My car was supposed to be towed there and it got towed someplace else and you know erik whoever answered the phone said he would watch for my car and nobody ever called to see where my car was. I think it’s very sad. You guys have way too much going not enough good help and service advisors that are good with the service manager. He was very rude to me, so no I will not be back and I will never ever say good thing about you again, you also have a wonderful day

I have talked to Sitter service department at Sorenson Ford. They asked me why I won’t take it you anymore and I told them and they said that that’s nothing new that your service a lot of people have told them the same thing that I told them I talk to the Ford place on Highway Hunter by Mayfair wanted to know why I wouldn’t take my car back there and I told them and they said we’ve heard a lot of people having issues with Griffen Ford So you’re not fooling anybody that you have a good service because you’re out there saying that you’re not good and you don’t value a valuable customer
