Hello and thank you for your feedback. Your comments were reviewed with our management and they would like to sincerely apologize to you for the miscommunication. Our notes had indicated you wanted to wait until a Mach E came in (to test drive) before your order would be placed. We understand now how unfortunate that was, as it was not the case. Griffin is sorry but we were able to offer you options for moving forward. We can refund your deposit at any time as well.

I had placed a $1500 Deposit for a new 2022 Mach E Premium. Your dealership called me back and asked me if i would be interested in a 2021 model if one came before the order of my 2022 would come.. (since it was a 6 month wait for a new 2022). You took my money, but didn't place the order? what would make your think I didn't want the 2022 if i gave you $1500 and you took my money? that doesn't even make any sense...? So your saying I gave you $1500, which your took, to test drive a car ?????? The only options I were given was to get one by 2023? which again doesn't make sense.. because i have been going on forums and seeing others who have purchased the exact same model at or arround my timeframe and they have received there car... I would have expected you at the least to admit this was your mistake and for you to call ford directly to see if I could get what I ordered originally by May26th.. Again, nothing was done with that, just an offer to get in line again... and wait another 8-12 months...

Again, The only offer I received from you.. was to wait in line (at the back) for your car, and you might get one in 2023.. This offer would be no different be no different than going to another dealership....

We admit it was a mistake on our part and we are sorry for that. Our General Manager can confirm our attempts to call you, and in fact 11 interactions we had with you last week. These are recorded phone calls. No calls back from you were received when we left messages for you. Our Salesperson, Corey had several options for you at that time--some of which involved not waiting for a Mach E model until 2023. We would have loved to have placed your order for you, as we explained. When we placed a call to Ford on your behalf, they were unable to help as the order bank has been closed. We apologize for not being able to help you better.

Cory indicated there were 2 orders, one was later 2022 which he said they would probably be pushing out to 2023, and the other one was in early 2023. Therefore, the only options I were given were for 2023...
