Overall it was a positive experience. I ordered a new Bronco Sport Badlands back in early April of '22. It was originally scheduled for production in June, then July and then it bounced a I ordered a new Bronco Sport Badlands back in early April of '22. It was originally scheduled for production in June, then July and then it bounced around in July a few times before finally being built in early August. It was delivered in late August. It's a great vehicle and so far no issues and a pleasure to drive. There were a few 'smudges' and spots where the transportation drivers got it dirty, one of which didn't entirely clean up. It's hard to get the best workers these days. But the overall experience was a good one for the first new vehicle I've purchased in close to 30 years. More

This is my go to ford dealer normanly thee service is good and the sales people are very helpful. I did have a problem with my new 2022 f150 it had a 2 inch long scrath on the lower rear door i was a lit good and the sales people are very helpful.
