I purchased my Ranger last summer late June or early July. An African American man was the sales man. There was MUCH difficulty in arranging a time to come and see/purchase and pick up. When I did come down the man who took payment boldfaced lied as to details about the truck. Hard to trust anything they say after that or refer anyone to them which I will never. Angela Blaser

As you know, when you worked with Corey, one of our veteran salespeople, to begin purchasing your new Ranger, the vehicle was in our courtesy transportation program. As soon as you decided to purchase the Ranger, we started the process of getting it returned and removed from the courtesy transportation program so you could take ownership of it. We were as disappointed as you were that it couldn't happen more quickly so you could take ownership of it. It is always our intention to be accurate and transparent with our customers, and we greatly regret having said anything that may have been interpreted as untrue. Again, we appreciate you bringing your experience to our attention; it is an excellent opportunity for us to learn to do better going forward. The untrue part was as to who even had the vehicle. First it was a customer in the program( first just out of town, then in the hospital) Then it was a friend of owners who was priority, and when I signed check for purchase was told it was the owners daughter who had it. It was not the program that was the issue. It was who had it and all the xx excuses as to where it was and why you couldn’t get it back even when I suggested exchanging a loaner for the ranger so the purchase could finally happen. It was ridiculous and no communication. I always made the contact I seriously thought you didn’t care if you sold it or not!
