More than one time have had problems with the service area. Also with the collision repair facility. Service area did not call to get authorization to add repairs to initial estimate. Came in to a bil area. Also with the collision repair facility. Service area did not call to get authorization to add repairs to initial estimate. Came in to a bill double original quote. Collision repair facility did not do a thorough check had to bring vehicle back when I found additional damage that had not been repaired. More
