I never thought I'd be writing a review like this, but my experience at Griffin Ford was nothing short of an absolute disaster. To say I'm disappointed would be a severe understatement. First, let's talk experience at Griffin Ford was nothing short of an absolute disaster. To say I'm disappointed would be a severe understatement. First, let's talk about their blatant overpricing of the Mustang Mach E. It's no secret that the Mach E is a hot vehicle, but Griffin Ford has taken advantage of the demand by inflating their prices to astronomical levels. Not only were they asking for thousands over MSRP, but they also had the audacity to include unnecessary add-ons and fees, further inflating the final price. This predatory pricing is an insult to car buyers and has no place in a reputable dealership. Now, onto their appalling customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. The sales staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to my needs. When I finally managed to get their attention, I was met with a dismissive attitude and was constantly pressured to make a decision on the spot. When I questioned the outrageous pricing of the Mustang Mach E, they tried to justify it with laughable excuses, such as "limited availability" and "exclusive features." What's worse, they became increasingly rude and condescending when I refused to accept their unreasonable offers. After multiple attempts to negotiate a fair price, I finally decided to walk away. I couldn't believe how I was treated and was left feeling disrespected and taken advantage of. In conclusion, if you value your time, money, and dignity, avoid Griffin Ford at all costs. Their outrageous pricing and abysmal customer service are a disgrace to the automotive industry. I will never return, and I urge others to steer clear of this dealership. More

After careful research, we have ascertained that you were never actually here and your rendition of what happened is a total fabrication. If in fact you were ACTUALLY here, you would have noticed that our Mach-E is priced at MSRP and has been priced that way since we got it in. In addition, we do not add any ancillary products (rustproofing, ziridium, tire care, ect.) to our vehicles before the purchase. All products are presented to customers after the sales of the vehicle. We offer all electric vehicles for MSRP and add no additional markup to any of them whether you order out or purchase in stock. We implore anyone to reach out to us regarding our pricing on electric vehicles as you will find a very transparent non pressure approach. In closing, we have helped thousands of customers with their automotive needs for more than 60 years. We even have an A + rating on BBB and have thousands of excellent reviews from many sites including Google, DealerRater, CarGurus, and Cars.com. We value each and every customer who visits our dealership and do our absolute best to treat everyone with respect.
