We had hoped to get a call about the status of the warranty work. Maybe we should have asked about how long it would take when we first dropped it off. Maybe we are 'old school ' in that we thought we would get a status update. ( We called Griffin to find out when the service department closed. Found out that it was 6:00. We also asked when the cashier's office closed. Found out that was 7.) I guess we are frustrated in what we felt was the lack of communication. When I did speak with Jason (5:15?), and asked if and when the vehicle would be ready, he just kept saying he was working on the paperwork. Never got a direct answer to our questions, so we decided to drive to Griffin and wait. Before we left our house, he called and said how much the bill was and that it was ready. We are not displeased with the work, but more disappointed about what we perceived as lack of communication. We will most likely only return for the oil change/tire rotation package that is on my car. We had issues with my husband's F-150 in the past at Griffin, and we no longer bring that vehicle for service. Don't even get us started on other issues. The big guy in parts is so incredibly rude and had no customer service decorum. Neither of us can understand how he continues to work for Griffin. More

I never thought I'd be writing a review like this, but my experience at Griffin Ford was nothing short of an absolute disaster. To say I'm disappointed would be a severe understatement. First, let's talk experience at Griffin Ford was nothing short of an absolute disaster. To say I'm disappointed would be a severe understatement. First, let's talk about their blatant overpricing of the Mustang Mach E. It's no secret that the Mach E is a hot vehicle, but Griffin Ford has taken advantage of the demand by inflating their prices to astronomical levels. Not only were they asking for thousands over MSRP, but they also had the audacity to include unnecessary add-ons and fees, further inflating the final price. This predatory pricing is an insult to car buyers and has no place in a reputable dealership. Now, onto their appalling customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. The sales staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to my needs. When I finally managed to get their attention, I was met with a dismissive attitude and was constantly pressured to make a decision on the spot. When I questioned the outrageous pricing of the Mustang Mach E, they tried to justify it with laughable excuses, such as "limited availability" and "exclusive features." What's worse, they became increasingly rude and condescending when I refused to accept their unreasonable offers. After multiple attempts to negotiate a fair price, I finally decided to walk away. I couldn't believe how I was treated and was left feeling disrespected and taken advantage of. In conclusion, if you value your time, money, and dignity, avoid Griffin Ford at all costs. Their outrageous pricing and abysmal customer service are a disgrace to the automotive industry. I will never return, and I urge others to steer clear of this dealership. More
